Summer Fruit Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 small watermelon

  • 1 bag of green grapes

  • 1 container blackberries

  • 1 container of strawberries

  • Honey

  • 3 Limes

Directions:

  1. Chop watermelon (or purchase precut), slice strawberries and grapes (if small children will be enjoying)

  2. Add all of the fruit to a bowl

  3. Zest to limes and juice 3-4 limes (to taste)

  4. Drizzle honey to taste (~1/4 of a cup)

  5. Refrigerate until read to serve!

Notes: would recommend holding off on adding lime and honey until closer to serving (wouldn’t recommend adding more than an hour before serving)
