1:1 Nutrition Coaching

  • My 1:1 Nutrition Coaching is designed to help you reach your goals with accountability, guidance and motivation. It’s my goal to empower you to reach your goals through a deeper knowledge and understanding of how your nutrition impacts your body. Together, we’ll work on customized plan to help you build sustainable habits that help you create long lasting change.

  • After we have our online consultation and you fill out a questionnaire I'll be able to create a custom plan for you that will help you achieve your goals.

    We'll connect weekly for a coaching session where we'll discuss what's working, what's not, celebrate obstacles you've overcome and make changes to your plan based on your feedback.

    You'll always have access to me through email and text.

Pantry Clean Out / Shopalong

  • Schedule time with me in person (if in the tri state area) or online to go through your refrigerator and pantry. Together, we'll go through your staples and see if there are opportunities to swap out items to help you reach your goals. I'll also help coach you on how to look for items that will help you achieve your goals.

  • Are you overwhelmed at the grocery story? Not sure what's actually good for you and what food will help you meet your goals? If you live in the tristate area, I'd love to go shopping with you and help you through the decision making process.

Personal Training

  • If you're a beginner or looking for a hands on approach than I recommend personal training.

    I will create a personalized training plan based on your goals and life phase. From there we will schedule in person or online sessions to help you with form, motivation and build your confidence with your workout routine.

  • This is intended for people who are already comfortable in the gym and who don't struggle with motivation to workout. I will create a custom training plan for you based on your goals and life stage. Together we will go over it and I will answer any questions you have about the program.

Prenatal or newly postpartum and worried about how to train? I can help you with a plan that will set you up for a successful birth and/or help you meet your postpartum goals.

1. Initial Consult

We’ll have an initial call so I can get to know you and understand your goals.

2. Questionnaire

The questionnaire will help me get to know you more. It will also help me understand your history with nutrition and fitness as well as any health challenges you’ve experienced. This questionnaire will not only help me create a customized plan for you, but it will ensure I stay within the scope of my practice.

3. Custom Plan

After we meet and you fill out the questionnaire I’ll be able to create a custom plan for you that will help you achieve your goals.

3. Coaching Sessions

We’ll connect once a week or every other week (depending on your plan) for a 30 minute coaching session where we’ll discuss what’s working, what’s not, celebrate obstacles you’ve overcome and make changes to your plan based on your feedback.

4. Accountability

You’ll always have access to me through email and text. You can reach out if you’re struggling between coaching sessions. I’ll also be reaching out to encourage you each week. This is a huge aspect that will help you succeed.

5. Resources

I’ll provide resources that will help further your understanding in nutrition. I’ll also send you recipes that you might like based on the preferences you’ve shared with me.
