Chocolate PB Banana Bark ~Protein Edition~

Ingredients:

  • 1 scoop protein powder (I used Promix Chocolate PB)

  • 4-5 bananas

  • 190g plain greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter

  • 3/4 cup chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • Flaky sea salt

Directions:

  1. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. Slice bananas (about 1/4 inch thickness) and lineup parchment paper

  3. Mix together the protein powder, yogurt and peanut butter and spread the mixture over bananas

  4. Add chocolate chips and coconut oil to microwavable bowl and microwave for 30 seconds and up to 1 minute (recommend doing in 15-30 sec increments)

  5. Spread chocolate over yogurt mixture

  6. Add salt to taste

  7. Refrigerate for 4+ hours

  8. Enjoy poolside :)
